Password Reset
Hey guys! I finally reinstalled Guild Wars, but I didn't remember my password so I asked for a password reset. Its been half an hour and I have yet to get an email. I haven't played for over 2 years, so I don't know what happened. How long am I supposed to wait?

password resets i've heard take a really long time to come through. just be patient. i think the average time(not 100% sure i never bother with pass reset) is is 1~2 days.

right now, with all the hackings going on, I beleive its best to message support thats what I had to do and it only took a day and a half to get my account back, but if you do message support you will need a lot of information about you're account IE- game codes

Yeah I e-mailed them with a question and am waiting for their response.
Will they ask me for game codes? I have all of them I just need to give it to them in less than 2 days because I'm going back to college. |

You can always add the codes to your request. Also, don??t expect answer within 2 days when its a saturday.

i would like to say i rcenetly got hacked as well. i must say it took the support team only a few hours (emailing btween me and them) to reset my password. although now im still waiting for an answer about my lost money and torm shield. The password reset e-mail should go to the e-mail address that's the same as your account name (or the e-mail address tied to your account). Is that still an active e-mail address?

Apparently your NCsoft and Guild Wars accounts expire. :/
I haven't played for over 2 years, so they deactivated my account. I didn't need to change my password, but reactivate it. Sigh. |
